Time's Up for testing...

It's Time To Put Up or Shut Up!

I swear it feels this vehicle has been in development for a decade already (a slight exaggeration).

It'd better be OUTSTANDING!

well from sneak pix of the interior, it's only good looking on the outside. the interior looks horrendous.

If those pics were representative of the production interior, then Chevy - We Have A Problem...

But, I'm going to remain optimistic in thinking that some of the team that penned the wonderfully realized Malibu interior were also assigned to this vehicle.

We'll Soon (I hope) See...

The new Malibu is great, but what's so wonderful about its interior? It has the same center stack as any other GM product.

explain to me how this wont take away from corvette sales? (not meant to be sarcastic)

The Corvette is a composite bodied 2-seat Sport Car

The Camaro is a 2+2 Grand Tourer (GT)

...and they won't be in the same price bracket.

Does that help?

Not all of us agree with it.

Have a Nice Day :-)

You, being one to dish out as much crap as any 30 (combined) members of this forum, should be the last one to get defensive about opposition to something you posted.

Expert -

Someone widely recognized as a reliable source of technique or skill whose faculty for judging or deciding rightly, justly, or wisely is accorded authority and status by their peers or the public. An expert, more generally, is a person with extensive knowledge or ability in a particular area of study. Experts are called in for advice on their respective subject, but they do not always agree on the particulars of a field of study. An expert can be, by virtue of training, education, profession, publication or experience, believed to have special knowledge of a subject beyond that of the average person, sufficient that others may officially (and legally) rely upon the individual's opinion. Historically, an expert was referred to as a sage. The individual was usually a profound philosopher distinguished for wisdom and sound judgment.

Sorry guffwave, this simply Does Not Apply To You, at least not based on what you've displayed in this forum.

That's mainly because the platform is based on that of the RWD Holden's recently introduced.

(As is the Pontiac G8)

Thank you, I truly appreciate the compliment, though I can let the negativity (in here) get to me, and act/post in ways that are probably not in the very best interests of the topic at hand...

We all do this from time to time, especially when confronted with some of the absolute stupidity/negativity that too often goes on in these threads.

What can I say?

I am human, and encompass all that comes along with being homosapien - Good and Not So Good.

As we all are - I Think?

As long as you're on the topic of grammar and spelling, only proper nouns are capitalized. So....

"The Epitome of Stupidity Is Not Knowing'"

should be typed:

"The epitome of stupidity is not knowing."

I hate the escalade, but cadillac certainly has raised the bar with their CTS. granted some of their products are either crappy or lacking, but some are better than they had been before.

Well-Your entertaining for sure. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I personally like the exterior but the interior(at least from the photos) looks very cheap.

About as 'entertaining' as Michael Richards as a standup comedian under the pressure of being heckled...

Anyway, Yes, I agree that the exterior looks very cool, but that 'alleged' interior pic we saw... YIKES!

I'm not interested in American cars, nor will I pretend I know too much about them, but I thought that the concept version looked a lot better and much more "sleek" and flat, if you will. This thing kinda reminds me of the Dodge Charger.

I see Gaff is gathering a few fans. I would assume he would get a clue after constant negative feedback. Oh well...people tire of 'got nothing to offer' members.

The Camero looks good but I ma not too sure about the headlight assembly. Hopefully they will go with the single large headlight with brights built in. Waiting on official Interior shots, hopefully the over the top retro is toned down.

The exterior is very nice but the interior is really ugly. GM really need to change the interior so the car would be completely nice, in and out.

I wonder how long until chevy realizes it can't make money on this car and takes another loss. Is this car going to be made in the USA? or is this another Chevy import?

Chevy spent a lot of R&D money on this car and I hope they keep the price competitive with the mustang so they can sell the car. Plus if they have to ship it from Austrailia (Holden) thats additional cost... maybe they will make it in mexico ahhhh camaro with a side of salsa! Salsa burner ariba!!!
