Lamborghini has its best year ever

It’s a good time to be in the business of selling exotic cars. It seems every brand with a six-figure lineup is posting record sales, including Lamborghini, which today announced it had sold 2,406 cars over the past 12 months – an increase of 15% over its 2006 result. North America once again accounted for the most sales, so much so that Lamborghini will soon establish a new sales branch in the U.S.

Part of the reason for the strong growth is the result of an increase in Lamborghini’s dealer network, especially in new markets such as Russia and China, explained its Chief Stephan Winkelmann. In the last two years alone, the number of dealers worldwide has leapt from 65 to 107 and this trend is set to continue.

Only on paper, profits sit within Audi as this an Audi company. You need to learn the corporate set-up adn goverance of the VAG group before making assumptions about something you have no real understanding.
