MB CLS vs BMW 6-series-and the winner is?

Here's what one of the German car magazines (Auto Motor Sport)has to say in their recent compare of the CLS350 vs. the BMW 630i:

I just love comments like that. Neither the 630i and CLS350 are available here in the States but you know which one is better? You may like the looks of the 6er better than that of the CLS-Class (and you would be in the minority) but until you drive both cars how can you know which one is a better car? However if you have driven both please enlighten us.
