I must admit, that's a great looking Avant. But why does Audi build Avants before saloons? I don't get it.

Because they're so much cooler! Wagons have played a much bigger role in Audi's history, as well as S/RS's, than sedans.

Meh. Sounds great, and I love Audi and all, but I have to say it doesn't have that distinctive, hair-raising wail like the M5 and M6.

Huh? tattedtwice, that was one prototype.

The R8 V10 is still under testing, and will probably be unveiled by year's end. The only question mark is whether or not it will be turbocharged.
