WHAAAAT? I dont feel sorry for him (eventhough it's wrong) but why would you not contact the police if you have all of the thief's info?

But it still bugs me to know that there is that kind of thiefs out there.

there was a dealership who had two cars stolen off the lot, and the dealer found them on his own. after calling the police telling them he had found his own cars and wanted to take them back even though the theives had taken the liberty to register the cars in their name, the police told him they would arrest him if he "stole" his cars back. thats why he didn't call the police, because in the real world, alot of times in those countries, the police are in on the theivery since they are and enforce the law...

If you look closely at the photo, it looks as if the openings on the top are quite large. What is stopping the thieves from climbing in from above?
