Bugatti sedan renderings

This latest design for a Bugatti sedan is anything but official but if a four-door Veyron were ever to see the light of day we wouldn’t be disappointed if it looked a little like this. The new renderings were created by Niels van Roij, a student of the Design Academy in Eindhoven who created the concept for the school’s ‘Man and Mobility’ project.

The car is called the Wimille and the idea behind the project was to create a modern design, which retains classic Bugatti styling but maintains its own unique look. Some of the design’s most striking features include a glass roof that trails all the way back to the rear window, protecting the precious W16.4 engine bay. As a saloon, the Wimille also has to remain practical. That’s why the design features an elongated bonnet to accommodate a generous cargo hold.

Sorry to say it but thats not a good look. Back to the drawing board. I thought the Bugatti sedan would be based on the next Arnage. It needs to be sleek, super fast and immensely opulent. If they can acheive that in a practical and beautiful body and say the 300K price point we might have a winner.

It is a rendering from a student from a design school.

NOT an offical image.

And the design language of the sedan is completely diffrent to that of the Veyron, with more angular body surfacing. Not very 'Bugatti' and more BMW.

Is this a sedan or a station wagon?
This sedan is no where near the beauty of the coupe, they better look again at the original coupe and fix this sedan thing.

Becasue it slops down in the back, some idiot at bugatti will likely refer to it as a coupe... Glad its initially being referred to as a sedan.

My Bugatti thoughts:

Best looking was the EB110

Veyron looks nice depending on the color selections.

New sedan looks like poop.

I think its not a very good design, what this student did. It doesnt really follow any bugatti design themes. I believe that they should make a sedan that would revive the Royale looks of the 30s. That would be hot.

Bugatti should create an ultra luxury saloon to compete against RR, Bentley, and Maybach. They are backed by Volkswagen AG and Porsche so they have the finances to build a great car. The photo above doesn't cut it. It looks nasty to say the least.
