Evo Magazine Test - R35 GT-R vs Z06 and GT3

The GT-R easily beating the GT3 around a track and also just nudging out the Z06 in the 0-100-0 test.

Results of the tests are:

0-100-0

* GTR 13.9

Bedford west circuit

I would call the 0-100-0 test a tie. 0.1 seconds is close enough for me to be a tie. The tests keep stacking up. Porsche is going to step it up against Nissan now. Expect it. I am interested to see what happens in the US magazines, and the comparisons they do.

The GT-R is a monster machine, but if I was going to either spend $100k on a Nissan or a Porsche, I'd get the Porsche. I'm sure I'll get deboosted for saying that but I'm sure the 25 year old blonde along side me in my $100k Porsche will make me feel better about the deboosting, while the guy in his GT-R enjoys the "street cred".

This test broke my heart. It's like when your hero gets dethroned. Kudos to Nissan for raising the bar! And for a lot less money! (Except in the Corvette's case)
