Audi Q5 photos leaked

Thanks to the boys from Autoblog.nl we are able to present you the first official imeges with the brand new “baby” Audi Q5. The new Q5 is going to be officially unveiled tomorrow at the Beijing Auto Show. More informations will come tomorrow, until then enjoy the photos!

Yeah, the TDI Q5 would be the ideal thing to replace my wife's A6 wagon.
Meanwhile, I think I'll order a 2009 Jetta TDI wagon (DSG) for myself.

lol, that's actually pretty funy...but anyways this is not the Audi version of the Tiguan, that is based off the jetta. The Q5 is based off the MLP chassis for the A4/A5/A6

Fitz - the Q5 is completely unrelated to the Tiguan. The Tiguan is based off the Golf/Rabbit. It is quite small. The Q5 is based off the A4. It is bigger.

THE AUDI Q5 IS NOT BASED OFF THE VOLKSWAGEN TIGUAN, JETTA OR RABBIT. IT IS BASED OFF OF THE AUDI A4 AND A5, NEITHER OF WHICH HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH ANY VW.

It looks better than the Q7. I think it's based on the new MLP platform rather than the Q7/Toureag/Cayenne platform. It probably will get better mileage than the Q7 as well. It will be interesting to see what it looks and drives like "in the flesh".

I don't like it. The only Audi that I like is the TT. Oh, and the R8. The TT looks amazing with the R8 body kit.

I think it looks fantastic, but I too would pick an A4 Avant instead, unless it's available with diesel and the A4 isn't.
