Amuse Nissan GT-R breaks the 600hp barrier
It looks like Amuse finally did it! It broke the 600 hp barrier for the Nissan GT-R! According to Japanese automotive magazine, BestCar, the Amuse team broke the 600 hp mark with a little bit of tweak for the engine control unit(ECU) and a high flow exhaust. With the help of these things the Japanese tuner obtaine exactly 603.73 hp and 576 Nm of torque.

Powerhouse Amuse! They get the Lil John salute: ya-yuh!
And yes, dual-clutch gearboxes do have a weakness: torque. Example: how much do you think the Ricardo engineered 7sp DSG in the Veyron costs. But this is what Japanese tuners do best. Engineer the almost impossible. Key word being almost.

It's Japanese tuning their cars as usual. Non-supercars with supercar figures. Cheaper way and i'm sure there's passion. But not the passion of a Euro-exotic unfortunately.
