New Subaru Legacy B4?

New Subaru Legacy B4?
Those in Japan who didn't go for the excellent Subaru Legacy S402 may well be waiting for the next version of the Legacy and the "Subaru Magazine" recently revealed a couple screenshots of what the new sedan might look like.

Those 2 pictures tend to "prove" that there will be no revolution this time around, the front headlights are slightly different (Mazda?) while the rear remain very similar for what appears to be a good old facelift helping the Legacy through a couple more years in Subaru's line up.

More details in the coming weeks.

its not too bad but not too good. I'll reserve my full judgement when I see it in reality...

I think I am the only person who will miss the frameless windows when they are all gone. Forester and Impreza lost them with their recent redesign.

Frameless windows are an abomination and a deal-breaker for me. Not only do they result in a weaker structure in the event of a roll-over, but they also increase the risk of not being able to close the power window properly without a noisy air leak. I know what I'm talking about (been there, done that -- had to reach over to pull the front passenger window glass toward me while driving on an Interstate after opening the power window to let a nasty bee out).

I don't understand what you're talking about. Subarus have window frames.

I prefer the one they build now, I think it looks better.

@JUGNU

A 280bhp 2.0 turbo and i'm also sad to see the frame less windows go.

Looks like a combination of the current Legacy and the B8 Audi A4. Look at the sweeping lines below the windows--they're almost identical to the A4's. It's also more curvaceous like the Audi.

Holy crap, it even has similar front air intakes/foglights to Audi's S-Line. I'm starting to think it's a photoshop mashup of the two.
