In Australia we seem to have lots of import tariffs for overseas produced cars but we also have a stupid Luxury Car Tax which kicks in after I think $57k or so and makes our cars so unbelievably expensive. You could get like a new E46 M3 back in the day in Cali for $56k USD, go figure?!

I believe it is. an issue from motor trend a few months back shows how the LS7 was transplanted into the VXR8. I love this car (and our G8) and every bit of it!
