Here we go again. Apple makes a great phone that is easy to use and does a lot of things, but because of this kind of crap, it polarizes people to hate the iPhone and dismiss it as "hype".

Frankly, as an iPhone owner I can totally relate to people who won't even give it a try because of all this. I avoided the iPod for years for the same exact reason.
