Nissan decides to cut back on truck production - More compact 4-cylinder models coming

Nissan has decided to change their production a bit, with the North American production cars to have 4-cylinder engines and cut back on truck production. Nissan’s CEO Carlos Ghosn said, “Today, the market wants passenger cars and, even more specific, four-cylinder passenger cars. We cannot build enough of them.”

Its the thing to do now. I am not a fan of Honda but I will say and give them credit that they dont have to do this type of thing and it makes them look good in the public's eyes and in sales. No V8's, only 1 rear wheel drive car but with 4cyl. What seemed short sighted just five years ago is looking pretty freakn intelligent now.
