GT-R Spec V Delayed, New S-Tune for the Interim

The hyped about Nissan GT-R Spec V has hit a speed bump and won’t be seen till early 2009.

Speculation says that the Spec V has big shoes to fill, and the standard GT-R seems to deliver unbeatable performance, even for Nissan! It’s still unconfirmed why the delay exists, but the undoubtable high demand for the standard model will more likely than not, have something to do with the delay.

I wanted to see how the Spec V would look like but now I'm just bored of all the GT-R postings on this website. The hype has died out for me unfortunately. I've seen it and i've driven it for a personal experience and it's a great car and nothing will be taken from it.

It's all marketing strategies to yet again hype the GT-R. It is getting old.

hmm, I wonder why theres a delay...

underrate your oringal engine, so that its actual spec is closer to the vspec engine... means your vspec engine really needs to hit hp numbers that are out of this world. IE, current engine design can't handle that much power.

Amuse has already got 620BHP out of the VR38DETT, the only thing they changed was the ECU and exhaust.

Nissan should take their time with V-Spec... everyone is still shaken up from the aftershock of mighty Godzilla's thumping on our shores, our heads are still spinning, we need time to catch our breath :)
