And the hottest truck in 2006 will be?

As you already know we have a pretty hot track record of picking the up and coming hot vehicles.

Although we really like the new Range Rover Sport, we think the new FJ from toyota will be the hottest seller (of course, because it is much cheaper so it will sell in more volume).

Get on the list now, spots are already filling up!

Blah.

And it's true about the vertical windshields. Very messy.

I think the car has a few neat features. The bumper integrated winch (if it actually makes it into production) is nice because it helps elminate the problem of approach angle loss with a standard bumper mounted winch. And it looks like this car has approach and departure angles which are pretty good. They claim the rear glass should open up, but I don't know how with the spare on the back, though it would be nice. Standard underbody armor is nice too.

One drawback I can see would be that big chunk of sheet metal which rests between the passenger compartment and the cargo area. It looks like it would really hamper the view out.

Oh, and it's ugly. Toyota definately borrowed some Hummer DNA, but they lost the handsome gene in the transition.
