Med school is no match for goldman sachs. average salary for their employee is about 660k a year.

you're either talking about being a CEO or you dont know what you're talking about. business week says average pay is 60-64gs a year. any entry doctor makes over a 100gs easily

na goldman's ceo earning is in Billions.

doctor does make great earnings, but those wall street bank brokers, stock analysts make 300k on average, goldman sachs doubles that number. in fact, any decent job at NY gives you at least 150k. one of my friends is getting 180k per year as a intern. of course, the key phrase here is "wall street".

Working in NYC pays good but thats to counter the high living costs. Engineers at IBM also make good money and after an employee finishes IBM's managment development program, they easily ace the 100g mark. Brokers might good money but it sounds like your exaggerating. sounds unreal for intern brokers to make that much.

There are areas in medicine that are lucrative but for the most part, people I know who hopped into the the business game are way ahead wealth wise because while I was spending 220K for med school, they were making that much plus 5 figure bonuses for years before I finished . Gastroenterology, Interventional cardiology or radiology can make with a fairly light work load= $400,000. Work a bit harder, $500k to $600k pretty easily. Chest cracking cardiothoracic surgeons can make $800K to $1 million+ . Private practice plastic surgeons can make millions for the elite and very busy..

Yeaaaaa... Kinda hard to believe that the CEO of Ferrari would type a "secret" internal document in English. This is just wrong. An Italian, in Italy, writing to fellow ITALIANS, owner of FERRARI, would be typing that thing in ITALIAN!
