Amuse takes Nissan GT-R to 602-hp
Hoping to keep modified cars off the streets, the Japanese government worked with Nissan making it clear that any modifications to the GT-R would void the car’s warranty. Meaning if you touch anything under the hood, drop its height or remove the speed limiter (which is limited to 112 mph for JDM-spec models), your warranty will be automatically voided. However, that’s not stopping tuners to get as much as power and performance as they can out of the GT-R. Supposedly Power House Amuse Phantom GT-R is the fastest and most powerful 2008 GT-R in the world.

According to AutoWeek, Hideki Tanabe, president of Power House Amuse, and his team of engineers have extracted a total of 620-hp with a maximum torque of 571 lb-ft from the 3.8L V6 engine. Amuse also got rid of the...

602bhp? wow, standard Godzilla is crazy enough that's insane.

NASA should use GT-Rs to train future pilots for G force conditioning.

It's still not a Lamborghini lets be real here. Style, engine layout, and sound a Nissan can't compare with a true exotic. I'm NOT hating so don't get the wrong idea. The GT-R! 602 HP is insane! I knew somebody was going to tune it up that's what the Japanese do best. I just hope no company makes it into another typical rice rocket. I wonder how fast the time will be with this specification though. Good job with those modifications it looks very slick.

Yes, there was a Jetta in the movie. What exactly is your point? You can rice up anything from a Yaris to a Bentley but only some cars are born rice and the GT-R is one of them.

what's so bad about rice? if this is rice then the rice is faster than the kraut!

you decide if you want status or a badass ride. i for one don't care about status! its speed I care about!

You got it all wrong. Status is what a car obtains when it offers a bad-ass ride. Rice is the title for cars that give you speed but at the expense of quality and class.

Amuse didn't have far to go to get to 620. The car's engine already makes far more than the advertised "480" stock. Crank the boost and viola! 620 hp. Easy as pie to a tuner like Amuse.
