Today is a good day for the BMW fans.

We just posted the BMW 7 Series Experience videos, then we showed you the Exterior Sketch to Design video and now, we have for you the official BMW 7 Series Catalog and datasheet, in PDF formats.

Many other official photos have been released as well, so I will go ahead and post some of them, just to show you that the car does not look as bad as you thought.

Nothing boring about this BMW. We all know that the Japanese have monopoly on boring.

Probably somebody who wants a driver's car instead of that coffin on wheels Lexus LS.

The only wheels I like are the 15 spokes.

I love the way the 7 looks in the brochure!

I have to agree that the new 7 does look really good in the brochure, however the taillights still look too Asian & the grill too "cartoonish"...The last gen 7 had a trunk-lid that was too big, on the new 7 it's the opposite the grill is too big. I just hope the 7 will someday find its balance.

Ah, yes, like the e38. Still my favorite large sedan design.

The catalog looks great and I like the ambient light and the iluminated door sills option, a la MB and AMG style.... >:-)

The twelve-cylinder 7 always comes after the launch of the standard models.

No info on the catalog about the technology engines, but all with turbos?, that means that those are needed to perform with enough power and torque to move that boat, Hopefuly they will offer the V12, it won´t be as good as the MB V12, but at least it is the most quiet and powerful engine for that car from factory.

I knew it would look fantastic in black. Gorgeous. I would absolutely take it in that black/brown combo. Dare I say, the interior is as nice as the A8's. I'm going to take a hard look at this one!

When is the AWD version coming out? Hopefully close to launch.

WOW. looks way better in those pictures. The interior is gorgeous and it seems to be more feature-packed than the LS, S-class or A8. good job.

Yes, it looks like, but the fact is that most of the time most of the main features are Optional, and it is very likely that even the Lexus have more standard features than the 7, if do not belive, look at the data sheet..... even Dynamic Drive is optional in the Ultimate Driving Machine, May be to keep a low weight to help the engines and the driving expirience. However there is something good, in that way you will select the gadgets that you realy need and the overal price will be cheaper than the Merc, or even A8...lets wait for price list.

It won't be less expensive than an A8. S-Class for sure, but the current 750i starts at over $75,000. This one will only get more expensive. Rightly so.

It looks absolutely georgous... It will definetly compete with the S class on the #1 spot.
