5-series BMW sales slowing?

Are the new M45 and Lexus GS cracking away at the 5-series sales domination?

We can't say for sure but for the first time in a long time, we're seeing newspaper ads in Southern California for 545's, at $4000 off sticker!

I can't remember when I've seen that one discounted so soon after a new model has been introduced.

Or could it just be dealers making room for the 550?

Does it really matter?

The 5-series is unattractive inside and out.

Cheap interior, cheap looking tailights.

Most people aren't into cars to know how well the 5-series drives.

No wonder sales are slowing.
