2010 Toyota Prius Photos: Official Statement from Toyota

Toyota has officially confirmed that the leaked photos of the 2010 Prius are indeed real. According to the official statement, the forth generation Prius Hybrid will make its world debut at the Detroit Show in January 2009.

Looks better than the last generation, worse than the Insight. Also I consider this to be the 3rd generation, not the 4th. A minor engine upgrade doesn't constitute a generation.

Maybe it's made out of a solid piece of aluminum like the new MacBook :) That lappy is seriously tight - maybe those guys ought to be making cars.
