Genesis Coupe almost sold out
On Monday, Hyundai has launched it's Genesis coupe in South Korea and got a huge response from it's home customers. There was a great interest in the coupe even before it's official launch, but nobody expected Hyundai to pre-sell so many Genesis Coupes on it's first sales day...

I think the Genesis coupe will do well in the States. Its design, while a bit derivative, is still nice enough to be inoffensive. Tuners will love the turbo.

What a nice offering from Hyundai. This company is the new Toyota. Watch out in the next decade, they will at least surpass Honda in sales.

I don't know if I can agree with you on them beating Honda in sales but give them enough time they can be a Nissan/Honda/Toyota type company and to move forward Hyundai could then launch a proper luxury brand like how Toyota did with Lexus. It's all about letting time run its course.

The Genesis sedan is the best Hyundai ever made and the coupe will be the sportiest.

997T you have a good point. Toyota if anything is consistant. Audi is another company that has totally defied the doom others had forcast for them. Hyundai has a bright future ahead and like others, I thought different until proven wrong.

Lexus are over-priced Toyotas in Japan. And much of the same everywhere else. We all know you are here for comic relief...thanks for the laugh 8-)

Wow. I've been called a lot of things, but this is the first time I have been called "gook." I thought that slur went out of style after the Vietnam War.
Then again, who's going to trust that someone named "Lexury" would even know about the Vietnam War?

Should do well with tuners, high school and college age people. Reminds me alot of the Altima Coupe!

I seen the Genesis sedan at the dealer and its hot. I showed it to a friend who is materialistic and she had nothing good to say but its a Hyundai. I think they need to develope a luxury division like, Toyota, Honda and Nissan all did and charge 30% idiot tax for the materialistic people
