Chromed out Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren caught in Dubai

Where else would you see a chromed out Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren than in the land of the chromed out Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano, a matte-gold Nissan GT-R and a matte-black Bugatti Veyron. GlobalMotors reader Francis caught this chromed out SLR in the parking lot outside of the Mall of the Emirates.

Of course other cars you can catch in the pictures are a Porsche 911 Turbo, Lamborghini Gallardo, Bentley Flying Spur and a Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe.

Just another day at the mall in Dubai.

I'm having more fun watching the price of oil fall (about $67 now and dropping) as Russia, Venezuela and Iran have, lets say, "grown a pair" since oil skyrockted to $140+, just b/c they had more income. Most of their budgets are pegged to a target oil price (probably 70) so that they can balance the budget...that's how vunerable they are, it's pathetic.
