It's not real carbon fiber and it doesn't replace the panels but sticks over them instead. It would be slightly heavier and known as a wanna be carbon fiber. Wack.

I agree and disagree. Carbon fiber stickers, no thanks. However, some manufacturers let you deck out the interiors with real carbon fiber trim and it looks pretty sick even if there's no benefit in terms of performance.

This stuff is goofy though. It's like someone who adds an "S" after the Cayenne badge on the back of a V6...which I have seen...like anyone is going to think you have a carbon fiber R8.

As if carbon fiber panels aren't ugly enough, now some idiots have come up with fake carbon fiber panels. What will they think of next?!
