Chevy Cruze to get hatchback and wagon variants
The U.S. Chevrolet Cruze has been delayed to 2011, but the European market will get its allocation starting March 2009. According to Hans Demant, vice president of engineering for GM Europe, the Chevrolet Cruze sedan could spawn other variants including a hatchback and station wagons.

Just like the Ford Escort and Focus of old. I bet these will sell well too, goin back to their days of the Cavalier wagon. Small, efficient, carries a lot and gets better mpg while doing it.

I actually doubt it will sell very well. By 2011 some more of Europe's micro cars will be in the US and more fuel efficient (diesel) cars as well.
