2010 Nissan Cube Rendering

The next-generation Nissan Cube will not only be coming to the States starting in spring 2009, but it will also be unveiled on U.S. soil and in particular at the Los Angeles Auto Show that runs November 21-30. In its December 2008 issue (released in November), Japan’s Car Magazine features an artist-rendering of the new Cube and from what we can tell by comparing the photo to various spy shots as well as a leaked brochure of the vehicle, the computer generated image gives us an accurate picture of what the subcompact mini will look like.

I have my doubts as to how accurate this rendering is, it looks too much like the current (Z11) model to me, I would be expecting more changes. That said, Nissan have been in an "evolutionary" design phase recently, so I may well have to eat my words!

The cube was before the Honda element and scion xb, so it could not be none of them,If any one was coping it would be Toyota and Honda.Hope they bring the cvt tranny with this,with the 1600cc if they plan to use this size engine,it gets around 36 mpg with the cvt tranny and 34 with stick and 33 with AT tranny.The 1500cc gets 39 with its cvt tranny.But I wish nissan would stop use the universal manual gear box,it gives poor mpg,because it more for sport cars use in Renualt.The gear boxs before were much better and fuel efficient,I guess it must be a cost thing.
