Spyker C8 Laviolette LM85

Spyker C8 Laviolette LM85
Spyker C8 Laviolette LM85 represents the latest addition from the Dutch manufacturer and has been built and designed in the spirit of the Spyker Squadron GT2 race cars. The LM85 name comes from the starting number of the GT2 cars that had been competing in the Le Mans series since 2002. The new C8 Laviolette LM85 will be built in a very limited edition of just 24 units, each featuring a lightweight aluminium body, an 4.2-litre V8 engine built by Audi and capable to deliver 400 hp connected to a manual six-speed Getrag gearbox and a Drexler limited slip differential.

The vehicle can sprint from 0-100 km/h (62 mph) in just 4.5 seconds while the top speed is limited to 200 km/h (186 mph). In order to stop the car safely the vehicle features black AP Racing 6-piston brake calipers featuring AP Racing logo.

This might be an okay to some people, but the very reason I liked the Spyker was that they were...
-unique but not very weird...
-powerful but controllable if you don't have a heavy foot (;
- the attention to detail, carefully crafted inside-out, literally
- the handmade Swiss watch like feeling in the interior...like the good old-time automobiles

Simply put, I liked the car as an artistic masterpiece.

Nice Dutch Car - 200 km/hr is not 186 mph - It should read around 300.
Love Euro-Technology =)
