So you go to the grocery store and the 2010 Mustang is in the lot!!
My daughter spotted "the dalmation" car out in the parking lot while checking out. Went outside and sure enough it was the all new 2010 Mustang, with what appears to be a production ready interior. Only problem is, none of the interior photos honestly came out. The new body style is, in my wife's words, "a lot better looking". They have added a lot of curves and waves. I hate to say it but to my eyes it is more feminine than the current car. The bulge on the hood is what looked really interesting. The interior was two tone, with grey leather and blue inserts. The seating was buckets for all four occupants. The dash is much more contemporary, with a smooth look. Nice big nav screen, nice size gauges with retro numbering. Overall, it should provide some great competition for the new Camaro and Challenger.

Its essentially the 2009 with some here and theres trying to sell you inflation prices. Its slowly becoming an econo pony car it should have always been.

seems like a good evolution of the current car.

Silly me for expecting anything more than a crappy face lift.

Funny thing is if it wasn't camoed, NO one would have noticed or cared

That is not camo on the car. Its the skin disease getting to it.

This car has alot of different surfacing going on. The cammy doesn't allow it, but this is definitely more than a simple face lift. This is a re-design like a 911 would have. You never see that model completely change do you? But everyone can accept that as a design change, right or wrong? Stop hating.

I've been begging for damn near 15 years for Ford to stop with the useless FAKE hood scoop! All the fake air scoops for that matter. If it's not functional, don't design it in -- that's the type of bass-ackward design thinking that have plagued all American makers going back to the late '70's. If it's not there to force air into the engine for more power, cool the brakes for less fade, and help with air flow around the vehicle for more stability, then 86 it.

Yes, I'm not a Ford fan, but I'm easily outnumbered by fans that do care. So for them I say that Mustang drivers deserve "show AND go" pony cars and less of the fake add ons.

I wonder why Ford's not taking your advice... you'd think after 15 years they'd start listening to you.

Man that new CAMARO WILL shut this rustang down probably not for good but for a while

It is an all new Stang' but the camo doesn't let you see all of the smaller changes. But from what I've been reading about the Camaro it will have its hands full, even with the base models.

Ugly as always. Nothing exciting about the design in the American cars like you see in the Japanese and Germen cars. Why??

Please stop.

Domestic autos DO have some very attractive cars. YOU think the mustang is ugly... but decades of sales and still more buyers would disagree.

Only attractive cars coming from Japan are Infiniti, Lexus LS460 & Lexus IS. Germany is a different story all together... I could name the Un-Attractive vehicles in a sentence or two.

as for the USA, here's just a few good ones: Camaro, Mustang, Challenger, 300, Escalade, CTS, Sky, MKS, G8, etc etc etc.

Looks like you needed what Joe Liberman called Sarah Palin: a polarizer! Oh the irony continues... now you have the commonality of standing together on the ouside trying to figure what the "inside" will like soon! :)
