2008 SEMA Show: Hyundai Genesis Coupe by HKS

For those who don’t know, HKS is a premium performance parts manufacturer and like the all manufacturers decided to unveil a customized vehicle at the 2008 SEMA Show. The vehicle chosen is the Hyundai Genesis Coupe, which was launched on the Korean market last month. The new vehicle features a HKS GT2835R Turbo upgrade in order to increase its power and torque, HKS stainless tubular manifold, HKS intercooler upgrade, a super sequential blow-off valve kit, a performance stainless cat-back exhaust, a carbon-fiber air box and intake duct, HKS Super Fire spark plugs and a Hipermax III fully-adjustable suspension.

I have to disagree. I like the lines alot. I liked them on the G37 and now I like them on the Genesis for 10 grand less.

Actually to be honest I like the original G35 coupes lines followed by these, followed by the new G37 coupe...in that order.

Actually "Rice" is relative...Even the Germans put out "Rice".. "Rice" was originally coined for the small Japanese cars that made lots of noise and had little performance.

So think of it as tissue being called Kleenex .

I have nothing against Japanese cars at all, even own a few. But if the Japanese fall into the same hole the Germans did when Lexus came to town, they have no excuse. Arrogance is a foolish thing.
