I think it'd be great if BMW gives the coupe and convertible their own iteration of the sedan's new taillights.

Never really liked the rather cheap-looking taillights before the facelift, but these look mean and awesome and very "BMW-ish."

why is there not a 3-series Alpina? That would be awesome!

There is an Alpina M3 with an inline-6 (:
...costs a lot though if you're a 328i or 335i customer (;

Whats the point of this, they rather make a POS mini van, and put this in the trash can alonge the CSL, CS, and the supercar that they should have by now.

Cannot be more agreed. BMW just want to surpass TOYOTA in making easy money.

What can I say?

Whatever this is. It looks really good. The headlamps look cool from what i can see so far.

Right. As soon as the headlamps turned on, it had my full attention. I wonder what Audi fans will say about BMW adding extra LEDs on the headlights...

GTR35, the extra LED's are the new turn signal units. The headlights look like the stock xenon units with the angel eyes.

Audi doesnt have copyright on LED technology. Its just a mere design element. It suits the current Audi design language i must say. The LED's used on this car looks simple and very nice.

If only those headlights were an option on the 2009 3series. It would be nice if it was offered.

I don't understand how BMW offer a $500 LSD option on the Mini Cooper S, but don't even give the option on a 300+ hp 335i?

I thought this was the Ultimate Driving Machine, not the Ultimate One Wheel Burnout Machine...

Because a 335 with an LSD and about $700 in ECU work is going to be for all practical purposes, very close performance wise to the M3.

And you know that any customer checking the box for the LSD is likely to chip the car seeing how easy it is to add a piggyback chip.

You missed the point. The point is, a 300hp car without an LSD = One Wheel Burnout Machine

the 335i is stock 300+ hp

Who wants to drive around with the traction control constantly tapping the rear brakes?

I'm not sure why BMW makes it so difficult to find these parts. Wouldn't it be smart on BMW's part if you could add parts when you build your car online? Maybe it's the sticker shock.

Doesn't look like a dual exhaust(335i) unless they routed dual pipes to 1 side, ala first gen GTO & Volvo S60R??

I forgot which person posted it, but this is strictly to show up BMW's new performance line parts. This isn't a production model. Everybody calm down before you start saying why not make this, that, and everything else under the sun. As for 528i, Dlin, and Starsearch. There is nothing wrong with BMW's decision making on the CS Concept or even a CSL version of the M3. In today's economy a supercar would be a stupid idea, everybody is sitting on the fence and not spending money in N. America. Which would be BMW's biggest market for the alleged supercar. So the car will resurface just not now. BMW isn't going to make cars and have them sit on lots so bloggers like yourself stop posting how stupid they are. If they did, then they would be stupid.

i thought only 335 will get Tii treatment, this car has 2 exhausts on 1 side.. 328?!??
