2009 Audi S3 and S3 Sportback receive new S Tronic transmission

nice car, wish they had it here. dual clutch and 265 hp (i think), awd. although, maybe the next R-GTI version will have the similar powertrain.

Is it just me, or did they refresh the A3 way too many times? Ive seen so many different versions on the streets that I no longer know which model is which. Is this S3 in the picture a new model or a refresh? and if it's new, when did it come out?

don't forget it's an Audi, they don't change the styling much. btw the car in the picture is latest 2008 model S3(i just remember the headlights with those LEDs, if it was rear or side end shot, i also wouldn't be able to tell).

Um, this is a late-cycle refresh. Like what they did with the B6 A4. You don't ever see a lot of new styling with a refresh. Subtle changes? Check out the refreshed 2008 BMW 5 Series and Lexus GS. The 2009 Audi A6 is positively radical in comparison.
