2009 Nissan GT-R Series II: New details leaked
At last, the Nissan GT-R has made its way into the retail channels of the majority of international markets, with a reasonable number of customer vehicles on the streets. While buyers are still getting familiar with their new GT-R, Nissan already seems to be working on a somewhat modified and up-rated model for sale next year, initially called the Series II.

Minor modifications are all it takes, but the total of those mods may create a remarkably different car. It will generate a little bit more power by 5hp to 478hp (356kW), the Brembo brakes will be altered to display Nissan’s proud emblem, the front license plate mount will be removed, the fuel tank will increase by 0.75 gallons (2.8L) to accommodate 19.5 gallons (73.8L), and fuel efficiency numbers will be enhanced, up from 19.3mpg (12.2L/100km) to 20.0mpg (11.7L/100km), reports GT-R Blog. A small change in the white paint color will add the ‘White Storm’ title and an extra metallic appearance to the exterior of cars that opts for it. This color will also be shared with the Nissan 370Z, scheduled to be unveiled in just two days at the L.A. Auto Show.
