2010 Jaguar XF-R spotted nearly finished
Last time we saw the XF-R was back in August, when it was spotted in Death Valley. Looks like Jaguar is giving the car its final touch as it has very little camouflage. We can clearly see that the car gets hood air vents, changed grille, larger air intakes and quad exhaust pipes.

Power will very likely come from a supercharged 5.0-liter V8 that makes around 510 hp. This should be enough to take on the BMW M5, AMG E63 and Audi RS6. Jaguar should be introducing XF-R very soon on a major auto show.

I think the chief designer had proudly emphasized the chrome accents while being interviewed by Edmunds InsideLine.

I like chrome...fits the car perfectly.

The car sure looks sweet. Although it probably won't beat the M5's or CTS V's driving dynamics, it will certainly compete just based on looks alone.

What? I'm not sure I understand you. But I think what you're trying to say is that a 400+ hp XF has better driving dynamics than a 360 hp 550i, fair enough. What I'm suggesting is when the hp playing field is even, I think the M5 will be better overall. As far as the CTS V, it has more hp's so that will give it even more of an advantage. Having said all that, I think I would still pick the XF. It will be close enough, but with better looks.

lol there is no way you have sat in a XF and can say that, in all honesty it is one of the best interiors in that class right now, if not the best. and it by far has the best interior Jaguar has put in any car in a car in a long time if not ever. Everything looks, and feels high quality, the plastics, the real aluminum, the real wood, it really does set a standard for the class....you must havebeen in another car because the XF i at in was amazing

XF has the finest interior in it's class, uses the same plastic supplier as Audi/VW group. Jag's wood and leather is always better than the rest aswell.

It still looks like the new mondeo. Im sure if we dig deep enough you will find some of the same design team are behind the design. And i doubt they had anything to do with the new XK!!?
Is it fair to say M5 and RS6 are in the same category as this? If so the jag is the ugly sister.
And the only jag that should ever be red is the E-Type.

I love the XF. May not choose red as a color but black, white, or graphite grey would look sleek.

Front and back needs to be revised. front lens needs better fit minus the acura style light. back needs to remove chrome and better and slightly bigger lights.

I like the overall shape better than the g37 jelly bean shape though.
