2010 Porsche Panamera auto show debut delayed
A 2009 Detroit Auto Show debut for the Porsche Panamera? Of course not - Porsche dropped out of Detroit last year before Rolls-Royce, Ferrari, Mitsubishi, Suzuki and Nissan knew what was up. Then good ol’ 2009 Geneva Motor Show would be perfect for the Panamera to show itself to the public. Wrong again; Porsche has announced that its brand new four-door will make its auto show debut at the Shanghai auto show in April instead of Geneva, as originally planned.

Why the switch? Porsche feels that its growing Chinese, Indian, and Russian sales deserve recognition. The German automaker sold...

I like the center console. Some people might say that it distracts the driver, but it shouldn't be. It's just something for the little kids to dream about and something to make this car "special."

I think you may be right.

I still don't care for the photos I've seen, but it definitely will lower the aerodynamic drag while adding cargo space. And yes, the rear seats will fold down.
