Is This The 2010 Lexus ES?
From this picture, it just looks like the usual, new bumper, revised grille and new headlights.
Nothing earth shattering....
Lexus has mentioned before the current generation ES will be the last one based on the Camry.
I wonder what they will replace it with. Or even IF they will replace it.

One would certainly hope not, as it appears to be quite the stylistic step backwards IMO.
Dull... Dull... Dull!

A stylistic step backwards? Yep. Right in line with the 'new' RX. Right in line.
This is what happens with too much nepotism in the Tokyo design headquarters.

More likely next Camry. This doesn't match w/ design tactics shown in current ES.

the side profile is looking too much like camry... i thought lexus always have that "turn" at the end of the window frame on their cars.

Front is Camry-ish, but the rest looks like the current ES. Is 2010 a redesign or refresh ?
It's actually not bad for the what the car is intended to be, much better than other recent Toyota designs.

Something tells me ObesePig (kthor) will run right down (in his M3) and throw some money down on this one. Appearantly his colon is killing him from having his Bimmer in the shop so often.

Looks more Toyota than Lexus as of late.
Lexus seems to be heading towards more cutting edge designs with sharper lines as opposed to this swoopy version.

Are we bored with the Camry/ES so soon?

I think it does look like the MMC for the Camry as it looks very similar to the MMC for the Avalon.

You german fanboys are such douchetools... At last count BMW has what, 46 different models? Lexus has what 18? So with more than twice the number of options BMW should be outselling Lexus 2 to 1 right? But are they? No!

I think the ES captures an audience other Luxury automakers are lacking with the ES. It in a way competes with the Avalon and just a few others. The genesis may also be a competitor.

I would think that the next ES would have the LS little torpedo lights inside the headlight cluster just like the the new RX. I beleive Lexus is putting those types of lights in all their new models.

I think what we are seeing here is Lexus making their move in the interest of consumers worldwide. They listen to buyers and if it means they will profit from changing the ES350,to a degree,so be it. Make no mistake about it...the ES350 has some serious potenial if you change that one major thing.

Well if you don't like it here and you don't like how the majority likes its cars and trucks...you can leave. The majority is not neccessarily the car itself but rather the commitment to overall execellence. If something is good it's good...and if something is great it's great.
