Gemballa releases Tornado Cayenne GTS Limited Edition

Gemballa releases Tornado Cayenne GTS Limited Edition
Gemballa, the well-known tuning specialist of Porsche, will be coming out with a complete product line of its current kit patterned on the first concept of the ‘Tornado’ Cayenne GTS. The Tornado production models will be limited to 50 units and will come in two distinct variants with three levels of tuning.

The inspiration for the appearance of the big SUV comes directly from the remarkable Carrera GT supercar which comes with alloy wheels of five spokes, front bumpers with large air vents, a hood made of carbon fiber, a wide-view sunroof, a built-in rear diffuser and the latest taillight design. In addition, some of the revisions done required fresh intercoolers, an ECU uprate and a high-flow exhaust system.

Why on earth would you take an SUV and modify it into a performance vehicle? Even with 500+lbs decrease, its still overweight and more expensive than many vehicles that were originally designed to be a performance vehicle. Hell, why wouldn't ya' just get a 911 turbo if you want a performance Porsche?

This thing is ugly and completely pointless. I'm sure the rappers and NBA/NFL stars will love it.

Rappers & NBA/NFL stars? Why don't use just say BLACK people? Where I live in Ct. I have never seen any blacks/hispanics/asians driving the Cayenne every Cayenne I saw had a WHITE soccer mom driving it or her husband. Mostly because they are the only ones who can afford it and no one really gives a shit.

Now I realize that the FX is the true sport's car suv not this frog eyed Jabba the Hutt.

Don't be a racist AmazonPrince. Not all rappers and athletes are African Americans. That is a stereotype. Watch a couple of episodes of MTV cribs and you will see where I am coming from. The more add ons an SUV has (ie huge wheels, spoilers, custom grills, a dozen plus flat screens), the more likely the athlete or rapper is to rave about it. It has nothing to do with race.

I didn't realized you lived in CT as well. Having an IS350 here is really rare. I barely see any IS250's (AWD versions), nonetheless a RWD IS350. For compact sport sedans, I would say Connecticut is solidly 3-Series and G terrority (A4 as well if you considered it a sports sedan). I always see a ton of IS's (usually white) in NY and NJ though.

I am from NY born and raised. I lived in long island and any of my long island people know there is nothing but lexus, BMW's, Audi's and benz's and when you start getting to manhattan or towards the city you have your porsches and your top of the line benz's and bMW's ex...S65, CL65, M6, M5, 760's etc.... it doesnt have anything to do with being a rapper or an athlete because where I am from regular working people own these german monsters they may be about 2 years old or so but they own them. its all about the car culture

Being born and raised in Long Island isn't really something to be that proud of.

HSCenterconsole your quote:

Let's be honest I only know of one white rapper (Eminem) the rest are black. As for the NBA/NFL mostly all the players you see on tv are black. I have nothing against blacks because most Hispanics get along with blacks but you are talking about a certain group of people and you are saying that they are the only ones that would like this type of decked out automobile and your prob. right and there is nothing wrong with that because not all blacks are the same I know of other Blacks who like their Volvo's and Saab's and like to wear Abercrombie & Fitch (even though none of the models look like them maybe except for one) it's all good buddy!

Funny, most pimped out cars I see w/ body kits and lowered are driven by white guys. What does race have to do w/ a car? I love cars with body kits that have lowered suspension, but I also love a factory car without changes. I'm a car enthusiast, unlike most of you clowns on this site.

I appreciate individuality and creativity. I really prefer that my car doesn't look like everyone elses. However, I don't like this one. It looks too square. I prefer the FX, but I see a lot of Cayennes, and I actually would consider buying one if i wanted a suv.
