To be honest with you, this year TAS was the worst I ever see, not because of the organization which was this year almost perfect but by the “heavy” atmosphere which surrounded this motor-show, mainly due to recent financial result announces in the car industry.?
However, I have to admit that 2 Major Name succeed to surprises us at the last minute and one of them is Mugen is its LORD so gorgeous Honda NSX RR Concept... If unfortunately this vehicle is purely a show-car and do not even have an engine of its own, the NSX RR Concept is in fact Mugen’s way to celebrate the NSX upcoming birthday by giving her a incredible bodykit.
Next to the NSX RR we could discover another in the flesh the Honda Accord Mugen 24sc and its Super Charged 2.4L DOHC i-VTEC engine and its 6 speed manual gear box... Already quite attractive, this Accord Mugen S24sc thanks to its improved engine and tuned aerodynamic could be a serious challenger to certain germanic production for a price way more affordable.
Finally like last year, we had, once again the pleasure to meet the Civic RR big brother, the RR Advanced with its powered-up engine and full carbon body...
Yes, Mugen was this year again quite a booth to visit and lord we just love this NSX RR... God job guys !
