Detroit Auto Show: Vw Touareg Lux Limited

Volkswagen unveiled today at the Detroit Auto Show its new Touareg SUV powered by the 3.0L V6 TDI engine capable to deliver 225 hp and 406lb-ft (550Nm) of torque. The new vehicle provides a fuel efficiency of 18 mpg (13.7 l/100 km) in the city and 25 mpg (9.4 l/100 km) on the highway.In parallel with this vehicle Vw brings also the Touareg Lux Limited which will be powered by the 3.0L V6 TDI engine but also by two advanced gasoline engines: a V6 FSI (206 kW / 280 hp) and a V8 FSI (257 kW / 350 hp).
