Fisker Karma production version first photos prior to NAIAS debut
We got an advanced look at the Fisker Karma, a new four-door plug-in hybrid sports sedan. Fisker will present the car at the North American International Auto Show at 1:10pm Detroit time.

Fisker Automotive is a partnership between Fisker Coachbuild, a company which released the SL55 AMG-based Fisker Tramonto, and Quantum Technologies, an expert in hybrid powertrains. The Fisker Karma is their first vehicle produced as a joint venture.

Make the belt-line convex rather than concave, and the Karma bears a remarkable resemblance to the 2003 Chevy SS Concept.

Which is not to say that it's not handsome (save the far too toothy grill), but... It's not very original.

you're crazy. what in a hell do you mean its not original? its a beautiful plug in hybrid that looks awesome has 408 horse power and gets 50 miles electric range. not original?

besides, this whole "who copied from whom" thing is old. everyone copies from everyone. pretty much everything that can be done has already been done. So yeah if you nitpick you could find parts that are copied or influenced by someone in every single car.
