Better than the SL and 6-series?

FISKER COACHBUILD IS: COACHBUILD REDEFINED. HISTORY IN THE MAKING. DESIGN
EXCELLENCE.

Welcome to FISKER COACHBUILD, founded by Henrik Fisker and Bernhard Koehler. For many
years, these two gentlemen had the rare opportunity to take part in creating truly legendary automobiles: timeless sports cars that inspire awe and admiration. Fisker and Koehler worked for renowned car companies like BMW, Ford and Aston Martin. And, like many entrepreneurs
before them, there came a point when they realized that together, they could take it one step further. The dream was to follow their gut feelings – to put all their experience, energy and passion towards delivering cars that speak straight from the heart.

“To bring a car to market that true automotive enthusiasts can drive and enjoy, we have created
a car company where the production process is built around the design – to allow emotion and
performance to blend more harmoniously than ever before,” describes Henrik Fisker, CEO of
FISKER COACHBUILD.

“In FISKER COACHBUILD, we have created something truly special. Not simply a new car
company, but a new vision for what an exotic, high-performance, coachbuilt car can be,”
explains Bernhard Koehler, COO of FISKER COACHBUILD. “We have combined
extraordinarily beautiful design with existing world-class engineering to deliver a final product without compromise.”

FISKER COACHBUILD sports cars are created with a singular design language: instantly
recognizable as a FISKER creation, inside and out. They are of the highest quality: created with only the best materials. They are exclusive: each model will be built in strictly limited numbers.

And they are thrilling: already beginning life as a premier sports car, then raised to new heights of exotic at FISKER.

HISTORY IN THE MAKING

Fisker and Koehler are bringing back one of the world’s greatest hand-crafted experiences in car
design – coachbuilding. They are crafting an automotive line-up that will redefine automotive
performance, elegance, luxury and exclusivity.
The two teamed up with a small group of international investors to bring the Fisker Coachbuild experience to life. A workshop was rented, a handful of craftsmen hired, and production of the FISKER TRAMONTO and LATIGO CS was up and running.

A sports car from FISKER COACHBUILD is entirely new – and so is the way it is created. Our
streamlined production process allows us to deliver an expertly finished, hand-crafted vehicle in a fraction of the time historically associated with coachbuild. Our super-luxury sports cars will still offer all the technology, safety and reliability of their original platforms. It is an unprecedented combination.

Everywhere you look, the design speaks of exclusivity and performance. Interior and exteriorsurfaces reflect the FISKER DNA. Interior fit and finish are distinctive, and every body panel is crafted to our exact specifications. Everywhere you touch, the finest materials touch back.

Glove-soft leather graces the interior; aluminum and carbon-fiber panels define the body. A
deep, lustrous finish highlights every curve, in every color offered by the original manufacturer,
plus a palette of exclusive FISKER colors. It’s only fitting, because a FISKER is a step above
what any manufacturer offers to enhance their own vehicles, and a move beyond what an
aftermarket tuner alone can deliver.

DESIGN EXCELLENCE

Design by committee? There is no committee. There is only Henrik Fisker, the designer. And it
shows in every curve. Every line. Every elegant proportion. Every element of the car is a
singular work of art. Timeless. Muscular. Dynamic and extremely high quality. The adjectives can pour forth but words pale beside the experience of FISKER COACHBUILD.
One glance at the new car’s muscular lines, and its clear that the roots lie clearly in the Fisker signature style. The FISKER COACHBUILD grille takes its place in the pantheon of enduring automotive designs. Its inspiration: a jet aircraft skimming the surface, the F/A 22 Raptor – bold and powerful, with limitless possibilities.

To bring those designs to life, a new development process has been created by operations chief Bernhard Koehler. By moving efficiently from sketches to three-dimensional styling and clay modeling, FISKER COACHBUILD is able to bring details into focus early on in the design process. State-of-the-art digitizing and scanning technology helps ensure proper design
proportions. Final-stage design involves crafting a full-sized feasibility model before we proceed to tooling production.

Indeed, Henrik Fisker and Bernhard Koehler are redefining one of the greatest experiences in
automotive design – coachbuild – for the 21st century.

FISKER COACHBUILD is a privately owned company with the majority held by the founders
Henrik Fisker (Chief Executive Officer) and Bernhard Koehler (Chief Operating Officer). Financial support was received through a group of international investors. For more information, visit

You article mentions nothing of the BMW 6-series or Mercedes Benz SL.

Why these cars look awesome and exclusive, whats up with the interiors and parts sharing?

The Tramanto is UNBELIEVABLE !!!!!

I just think they should also have TOTALLY NEW interiors as well.

Weird.

Come on this thing is not as attractive as the 6 serie or SL. It look very similar to 6 serie from several different angle. If anything the 6 series is a very beautiful car. This Latigo is pretty Ugly if you ask me.

First of all the dawn rear light is to Small and the front light is Not as attractive as the 6 series as well, to small. The 6 serie is a very beautiful car, all it Lack is the interior design; BMW need to spend more time on redifining their interior design that should be it on the 3 and 6 series which is the only two car that I like that come from BMW.

But Lexus will always be my Favorite Ride. Lexus has styling, performance, very a Beautiful & elegance interior design. And of course I like the Aston Martin DB9 and AMV8 Vantage as well, LOL :)

This thing is uglylier than ugly, I mean freak ugly. The most beautiful on the road that I've seen is the Aston Martin D9 and the sporty Aston Martin Vantage V8. Those cars are without a doubt is the most beautiful ever design.

On my list of the most beautiful car ever design is the #1 Aston Martin #2 Lexus #3 Bimmer # 4 Bentley.

They must be joking thinking they get people to buy this car instead a 6 serie, SL.

I don't know what everyone here think? if you only have three choices and you only can choose either the this Latigo, Ulglier than UGLY,LOL:) or SL or 6 Serie, I pick the 6 Series any other day.

But my favorite is the Lexus GS is the GS on this List I pick the Lexus instead,LOL:) or even the better the sexy car I ever seen the AMV8.

These two stunning cars are based on the SL/6-series, so of course they look similiar. They share the same basic roof/side architecture as the donor cars, but thats why they're called Coachbuilders!

The Latigo is the best looking of the two. Bold proportions, a meaty chiselled front section, in real life these cars will have 10 times the presence of their donor cars.

People who want hand-made craftsmanship and exclusivity, coupled with a stunning design will buy these cars. People who appreciate BMW engineering, but want a high-grade interior and jaw-dropping beauty.

How old is this "Lexus" guy anyway? 12?

Better than a 6 Serie and SL yeah right, LOL :)

Lexus

p.s. if you want a High-Grade interior and draw dropping beauty Get a Aston Martin DB9 or the Sexy AMV8. Aston Martin is without a doubt is the most beautiful car outthere.

If no one cares what I think, then why would they care what you think?

You can't even string one sentence together, let alone make a valid opinion.

My opinion matters as much as the next guy, but maybe you should put down your lollipop when typing, then maybe your posts will make sense!

Matt, I'm old enough to know what Ugly and NOt; see when I'm searching to buy a car, I don't let the saleman tell what nice or what not. I know is beautiful, what is Ugly and that Latigo in the picture is an Ugly car compare to the SL or 6 Series.

Why would people care about what I said because I'm telling the truth, unlike other people who don't. You know I'm not a big fan of BMW. I only like the new 3 serie and the 6 serie but I'm like Lexus better. I'm just simply telling the truth, that the SL and 6 series is a much more beautiful than the Latigo. Alot of people here in this forum agree with I know for a Fact that the 6 serie and SL look better than that Latigo in the photo?
