2009 Vw Golf VI GTI images emerge on the web

Photos of the factory variant of the 4-door Vw Golf GTI MkVI have recently been made available. The Mk VI is externally almost the same as the GTI Concept unveiled last year at the Paris Auto Show. Some of the differences include the two-door concept has become a four-door production model, door panels that have been made more seamless at the lower end, and rocker panels which are less obvious.

Both the concept and production version are propelled by the same 2.0-liter 4-cylinder TSI from the Scirocco although the GTI got more power with its 207hp, a 10hp advantage against the MkV GTI.

Immediately ditch this car in your mind and take Scirocco instead. Words cannot describe how much better the this best looking Volkswagen even made is than the people's car golf gti.
