Fiat 500 by Merkur

A new upgrade package for the current Fiat 500 has been made available by the German tuning firm MERKUR. The package, which has improved appearance and enhanced parts, is composed of spoilers for both front and rear and a new set of 16 and 17 inch wheels.

The body kit comes with wheel curves that have been extended. Besides these the MERKUR Fiat 500 comes equipped with adaptable coil-over suspension, brand new spacers and new exhaust system in stainless steel.

I haven't heard that name in a while - MERKUR. I remember the MERKUR XR4ti that Ford/Lincoln/Mercury sold back in the 80's. I wonder if anyone still owns one???

I saw a Merkur XR4Ti just the other day here in JAMAICA of all places. Seemed to be in good condition except for the paint faded a bit. What I wonder is how much of the original engine was still there.
