Ferrari F450 coming this October

Ferrari’s replacement for the F430 will be called the F450 and is set to be introduced this coming October and customers will receive their production version by early 2010. The F450 will come with a V8 powerhouse that can generated around 500 hp.Lighter than the F430 Scuderia the F450 will be the very first “green” Ferrari ever and will highlight an AWD system, enhanced handling from ground-breaking adjustable suspension creating a vehicle that will become an intense rival to the Lamborghini Gallardo and the Audi R8.

Wow, could be incredible. I can't tell you how much I envy the writers of Motortrend, Car and Driver, etc., who get to test a car like this against the new R8 V10 and alike.

AWD and lighter? Don't think so but I bet it will have regenerative braking, double-clutch and direct injection.

haha I couldnt have agreed with you more... I loved those classical ferraris with the 4 circular rear lights... but look on the brighter side... it looks like AWD from gallardo has caught their attention

I like the quad lamp tail lights setup and should be a trademark thing for Ferrari. I love the F430 in all specs. It's just hard to believe the F450 will match it if not be much better. I just hope it's still as precise and loud as the F430. A true supercar needs to be a screamer aside from the basics.(Carrera GT, F430 Scuderia, 911 GT3 RS, Zonda F, etc).
