The Yukon trim casts that interior in an even worse light.

I suppose the only reason the centre console is so stupidly wide, and the actual funtion panel so narrow is so when this vehicle gets taken into West Coast Customs, some rapper and a few of his friends
can fill the void with a DVD player/screen, and fully 'pimp' it out.

Thats probably why the interior is no bland. GM made it a blank canvas for aftermarket gadgets.

I heard that GM consulted some rappers on the new Escalade design....
