Scion tC Release Series 5.0 pricing announced

It was announced lately by Scion, Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc., that the only limited-production tC for this year, the tC Release Series 5.0, will come with the TRD theme and will hit dealer showrooms next month.

The tC RS 5.0 can be seen in the Scion display area from February 11-22 at the Chicago Auto Show. It will come with gloss black body paint finish and a number of performance packs from TRD such as the 18-inch multi-spoke alloys finished in matte black with red trim and TRD lowering springs in red providing the car with an intimidating appearance. The tC RS 5.0 comes equipped with a red TRD rear sway bar for added stability when negotiating curbs. A TRD logo marks the exterior of the tC RS 5.0 and powerful and distinctive exhaust sound is provided by the TRD sport muffler.

So its an appearance package with a muffler. Wow I'm impressed (rolls eyes and walks away). How about adding a TRD Supercharger and getting some real power from the 2.4

Can teenagers afford a fast one? Unemployment rates soar. And if they can, what should they buy one for? To increase river deaths rates per model? Teenagers are inherently incapable of taming a powerful vehicle, doesn't matter whatever they claim. You need experience and maturity to do it.

I bet you can make more power with an exhaust delete and have a pipe come out behind the front wheels.
