Kia Soul’ster Concept headed for production
The new Kia Soul’ster made its debut at the 2009 Detroit Auto Show earlier last month. According to Automotive News, the concept may now be headed to production. Kia’s spokesman Alex Fedorak says that the response at the show was very strong and overwhelming.

“It is clearly a vehicle that was built as a concept in a fashion that was production-capable. We have been doing that more and more lately,” Fedorak said.

Well, I guess the Wrangler could use a little competition on-road speaking, off-road forget it. AND I just had my first experience driving a 05 Wrangler MANUAL. Driving a stick is certainly a lost art but actually does make driving more fun and safer. I've only driven a manual once, 9 yrs ago. I did stall a lot when I put it in first but it was smooth the rest of the way through.

I don't get it. There has been so much hype around this car--all generated by Kia. Does anybody in the market actually care about it? I don't think so. I hope it succeeds though--it seems like a fresh choice, very well-designed.
