First real pics-Next Lexus LS-front view

If these pics from AutoExpress are right then Lexus has pointed their guns in an entire different direction.

In the past they outright copied design queues from Mercedes-Benz but with this new LS, the guns are now pointed at BMW and Audi...

If this is indeed close to the final product, it looks like a step in the wrong direction.

It's bland surfaces do nothing to excite you, and if you cover the headlights with your thumbs, you will notice the car looks completely stale.

They chucked in angled headlights just to make it look bearable.

Acura RL for $70,000.

Any Takers?

This is proof of how Lexus lacks the passion of other makes.

They dont take chances with design. They simply copy.

BORING. BORING. BORING.

FACT.

I went and looked at the new A6 today, and I call tell you, that is an amazing looking car.

Nothing like this thing, with an amazing interior fit/finish. Not even Lexus can compete with that.

It is obvious that 001 Buster is a full fledged genuis. He knows far more than Motor Trend, Car and Driver, Road and Track, Auto Spies, and Automobile magazines and the professionals that work for them. I drive a new M45 but Lexus, BMW, Mercedes, and Audi are all fine automobiles and the fact that 001 Buster doesn't seem to understand that personal taste in automobiles is as subjective as personal taste in anything else just goes to show that some people can elevate moronic to an art form.
