Aston Martin Confirms Lagonda Concept Headed for Geneva

Looks like Aston Martin will bring a long-speculated concept car to the Geneva Motor Show. The Aston Martin Lagonda concept should make its debut in March.

It does make sense to bring the car out now. Aston Martin wants to properly celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Lagonda name. The name was first used on the Lagonda Torpedo, which was introduced in 1907, just a year after Lagonda was founded. It was already a race-winner by 1910.

I really hope that's not close to reality, because that looks like a fat turd. No offense to the Camry/Lexus ES, but it looks (at least from the angle of the image) like something built off that platform.

Bring back the name, but not this design...I agree with Hachee2001, reminds me of the Camry/ES...and we don't need another boring car design!

I think there is some link to past Lagondas with the grille, but i think Daewoo copped it a few years ago too. Hopefully, this is just wrong. And truthfully, I can't imagine why they're bringing back Lagonda now in this environment, especially with the Rapide already coming, although I think this is supposed to be significantly cheaper.
