Like the 2010 mustang... interior got a much needed upgrade. Great pricing too. Too bad the V6 isn't the 3.5L, but then again, the 4.0L has more torque and a more desirable range... and its cheaper to build.

nice job Ford.

Neutral, Ford will be doing 2nd model year upgrades to new models (just like they did with the 08/10 Escapes. The 3.5 V6 and 5.0 V8 will be 2011 or 2012 models and should compete well against the other muscle/pony cars.

Its not about where the prices start, but where they end up.

I'm gonna ask a totally unrelated question here. I've noticed over the past few months a new (??) term has popped up on the pages of these autoblogs etc. "Follow the jump...", "More pictures after the jump..." What in the name of all things good and great is "the jump"???

I like how they failed to mention WHY those cars cost a little more than the Mustang, it would then become a mute issue.

Alrightee then...You know, sometimes ENGLISH works best. I'm not sure why some of us computer types think it necessary to create another language when using computers. I suppose I'm getting old, but I really lean towards simplicity being best. Thanks a lot for the update, dude.

Of course both the Camaro and Challenger have IRS.Therefore their production costs have to be more than Mustang.Further Ford has continued making the Mustang while GM and Chrysler droped their pony car models.Even though Mustang still has the aniquated live axle it is still competative with the Challenger. In fact the Challenger SRT8 with IRS and 425 HP just eaks out an overall win over Mustang in last years Car and Driver Comparison with the Bullet. The Bullet was more fun to drive and had quicker steering but the Challenger won on comfort and ammenities. The 2010 GT starts where the Bullet left off so it has to still be competative. Can't comment on the Camaro yet. We know the SS will be a faster quicker car but we don't know by how much.Further we don't know how the SS will handle as opposed to the Mustang with "Trackpack 2".Assuming Ford does come out with the 5.0 V8 and 3.5 V6 in 2012 then the straight line performance edge the Camaro has will be eliminated.
