2010 Kia Sorento XM teased again

2010 Kia Sorento XM TeaserKia released today new teasers of its upcoming Sorento SUV. Dubbed XM, the new vehicle is going to make its official debut in April, at the Seoul Motor Show. According to the manufacturer the new vehicle will feature a 2.4-liter Theta II petrol engine and a 2.7-liter but also a 200 hp 2.2-liter turbo-diesel engine which shows a fuel consumption of 14.1 l/100 km or 33 mpg.

Wow, the first Sorento looked like a cheap rip off of the Mercedes M-Class. Now this new one looks like a cheap rip off of the Audi Q7 (with an Acura grill).

Looks masculine, aggressive and purposeful - Very Nice!

Too bad the market for vehicles of this ilk has been so drastically reduce by the current economic situation.

Yeah yeah we get it HScenterconsole, the only thing the Koreans can do is copy other designs. Forget the fact that this looks like a natural progression from the current Sorento. Or the fact that these "cheap rip-off" Hyundai/KIA's have better JD power quality ratings then either MB or Volkswagon.

I think I remember him saying the same things about the Japanese in the late 80's.
