The plural of "Audi" does not have an apostrophe.

Every time you'll see one of those, you're gonna find carcasses of BMW 3-series in its surroundings.

Gorgeous car and setting, so James Bond, Who needs a Bentley GTC with this S5? Hoot to see the 70's Caddy in front of the Casino.
REALLY looking forward to this show and experiencing it through 001's eye, nobody does it better. If the VW R20 breaks cover, get some shots for us too!

Looks bland and is way too expensive for what it offers. I take a BMW M3 instead for the same money.

Why are you commenting while intoxicated?
In Germany:
Audi S5 - 57.000 EUR
BMW M3 - 68.000 EUR
In the USA:
Audi S5 - 51.400 USD
BMW M3 - 57.800 USD
Both are coupes, both have a 6-speed manual and a V8. You get more power in the bimmer but an all wheel drive in the Audi.
The best thing though is that while you'd indeed shave off a couple of seconds on a perfectly smooth, dry, hot and grippy racetrack with the M3, in everyday conditions where these cars have to excel, on wet or muddy or bumpy roads often covered with leaves the S5 simply lacerates the M3. And in winter? You'd better leave the M3 in the garage and take a bus :-)
Proof?
SportAuto wet handling test, a track designed to test how cars handle when road is covered with a thin layer of water:
BMW M3: 1:32.4 sec (E92)
Audi S5 1:29.8 sec
Bye bye, BMW :-)

"downtoearth "(how ironic)
Well, clearly the difference in price between the M3 coupe and the S5 coupe is very small but if we compare the S5 cabriolet(shown in this article) with an M3 sedan(which would be my choice)we can see that the M3 is actually a little cheaper. What I said is that I choose a M3 sedan over the S5 cabriolet in that article. Do you get it now?
And your example with the S5 beating the BMW on a wet track is ridiculous. That's magazine racing and is worth s**t in real life.
I always find it amusing when I see people talking about a car with AWD like is the second coming. Even if you can be faster than a M3 with your S5 when it rains, what type of idiot would race in the rain or snow in the first place.

"It isn't nearly as fun as driving a [insert random Ferrari here]. It's not a bad car by any meassure, it's just not as good..."
Eh, maybe that's because these cars are completely different in character and were designed to drive in different ways and appeal to different people?
Claiming something "isn't as good" just because it is different reminds me of my days in a Kindergarden...

No, although I think there would be a good chance that a teeny bopper blonde bimbo would be driving this because she told daddy that she wanted it.

The Lexus IS250C = BLAND
Pure boringness. It looks better as a sedan. This is another poor effort from Lexus in terms of design. The car exists solely to gain market share, like most of their models.

Oh im sorry.
I thought the colour RED was around before the Lexus company even existed.
I also thought Red Coloured Vehicles were around prior to the Lexus Red IS.

I like the front end (though pretty much all Audi's look the same from the front). The rest I don't know -- I am sure I'll get deboosted for saying so, but a lot of the curves and lines that make the A5/S5 coupe so good looking kind of disappear in the transformation to convertible. It's just kind of plain compared to the coupe. And considering how much they are likely to cost, unless I needed all-wheel drive I'd be hardpressed to pick one over a new E-class convertible or 3-Series hardtop.

I like Audi's but they continue to ALL look the same inside and out past and present outside the TT and R8.

Scubakid,
You don't need to go to Geneva to see RicerMobiles like the GT-R, 370Z or Evo X. Just go anywhere 16 years old dropouts hang out and you will see them.

"David 969 I'll tell ya what's up with everyone copying Lexus these days". Lexus is sucking these fools right into her web of confusion. While everyone is copying them they're almost done with their next designs for release and have the competition chase them to no end. Lexus is bent on controling the industry because they are extremely gifted and has to have a complex challenge ever before them. Why do think they really have'nt put a V12 in the top Lexuses yet? It's not that they dont have the cash or vision...It's that it's too easy and is not profitable and is no challenge. Anyone can put a V12 in a 100k car but to give a 100thousand+ dollar car V12 performance w/V8+hybrid all wheel drive...well, that's another story. Come on guys, Toyota/Lexus is just scratching the surface with what they will be bringing in the near future. This company is a phenomenon and it's their destiny to do great and become the worlds greatest automotive maker.
